Our Founder / PresidentDr. Arthur Johnson (PsyD)

Inclusive Care, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded by Dr. Arthur Johnson (PsyD) on August 06, 2021. Dr. Johnson’s extensive experience as a special education teacher and direct care worker in various private and public schools across different states in the United States led him to establish this organization with a deep commitment and passion for individuals with special needs. With over two decades of experience in special education and administrative leadership, along with a recent Doctoral Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Dr. Johnson believes that his skills and knowledge will greatly benefit both Inclusive Care, Inc. and the individuals it serves.

Dr. Johnson is well-versed in applying state, local, and national curriculum regulations to ensure that individuals attending their day habilitation program meet their learning goals. His previous positions as a special education teacher for New York City and Springfield public schools have equipped him with the necessary skills to handle special education behavior crises, classroom management, conflict resolution, and scaffolding for effective program delivery, including providing support to individuals with emotional and developmental challenges.

Dr. Johnson emphasizes, “Throughout my career, I have received a repeated commendation from senior management for my superior communication and organizational skills, as well as my ability to develop materials tailored to the specific needs of special needs and mental illness populations, students with developmental differences, and various learning styles, strengths, and needs. I maintain a focus on individual progress to identify and seize opportunities for improvement. With a career history rooted in leadership, pedagogy, and cross-functional collaborations, I am well-suited to fulfill the duties of Executive Director and President of Inclusive Care, Inc.”

Vice President / Business Operations Mrs. Evelyn Botwe

Doctor of Health Science Candidate. Public Health professional with over 15 years of experience in community, public, immigrant, and maternal health. I currently lead programs working to overcome HIV, mental health, immigrant health, breast cancer, prostate cancer, hepatitis C, COVID-19, Reproductive Health/justice, and maternal child health issues, overseeing the teams, budgets, and research on urgent topics facing society today.

Driven by a mission to advocate for underrepresented groups and promote social justice efforts, I have a background in the non-profit space and have proven myself to be an inspiring and collaborative leader, organizer, and vision-maker. With a set of skills that spans the practical essentials, such as curriculum design, statistical analysis, and grant management, to the more interpersonal, such as communication, teamwork, and positivity, I make a solid contribution to any organization I join.

I hold a Master’s of Public Health and currently pursuing my DHSc degree with expected graduation date of October 2035. I founded Sustainable Impact Maker International, where I lead strategies, programming, and policies across the organization. I am always eager to connect with other professionals who share my vision and values.

Mrs. Evelyn Botwe joined Inclusive Care, Inc. in 2023. She has demonstrated enormous experience in not-for-profit organizations nationally and internationally. She has worked as part of management teams, and she has also designed and implemented programs that directly impact population health. She has identified and written grants and managed federal, local, and privately funded programs portfolio of about $12 million. Her international experience has been in Belize and Ghana. Nationally, she has designed and implemented programs in NYC, Tampa, and Baltimore. Additionally, She has been working on other health areas and implemented programs that include: Diabetes, maternal and child health, HIV, cardiovascular disease, breast cancer screening, prostate cancer screening, reproductive health, and other related programs. Finally, she has done intensive research in both quantitative and qualitative analysis in public health programs.
